Labour disputes

If a disagreement arises between the employee and employer, an attempt shall be made to resolve the disagreement via an agreement between the parties.

Both the employer and employee have the right to turn to the labour dispute committee if the disagreement cannot be solved by an agreement between the parties. A labour dispute committee has been formed along with each local inspectorate of the Labour Inspectorate. A decision enforced by the Labour Inspectorate is binding. If there is a disagreement with the Labour Inspectorate’s decision, it is possible to take the same dispute to court.

The court is another body that settles labour disputes.
