Registering a death and funeral

The death of close ones is a difficult event and could cause the mourner temporary confusion and helplessness. Mostly people need support and help on how to act. The mourner must acquire a death certificate and find a burial place; the undertaker will take care of the rest, if required.

Death can be registered by:

  • spouse;
  • relative;
  • relative by marriage;
  • person who lived with the deceased;
  • head of the healthcare providing institution;
  • police officer;
  • other person who has information on the person’s death.
