Education and lifelong learning

Modern life is characterised by rapid changes in society and the constant evolution of technology, making it ever more important that people’s knowledge and skills would follow along with these changes. Thus, lifelong learning and education are becoming more important.

In Estonia, the Constitution guarantees everyone’s right to an education. Parents have the final say in choosing their children’s education.

The main motivators of lifelong learning are greater satisfaction with work and self, brighter future perspectives, maintaining competitiveness, and increasing income.
